LIFEPOWER VINYASA 1, 2, 3

• Level 1: Perfect for beginners. Focuses on basic poses with attention to alignment, form and breath.
• Level 2: Introduces more advanced poses and sequences with optional inversions while enjoying the benefits of a warmer room temperature.
• Level 3: Intense practice focusing on a flow of intermediate to advanced postures and sequences, including handstands and forearm stands. Heated to 95 degrees.

YOGA SCULPT
An intermediate LifePower Vinyasa yoga class with hand weights and added strength challenges performed in a warm room.

• Level 1: An exploration of basic traditional poses using props and hands-on teacher assistance. Focuses on awareness and alignment.
• Level 2: Focuses on intermediate poses while relying less on props and hands-on teacher assistance.
• Level 3: More advanced poses allow you to explore your own edge and improve strength and flexibility.

ASHTANGA YOGA
A progressive, vigorous series of poses using synchronized breath and focused gaze to calm the mind and strengthen the body.

WARRIOR FUSION
Energized fusion of easy-to-follow rhythmic movement, yoga and strength designed to increase stability, strength, flexibility and movement.

WARRIOR SCULPT
This class is equal parts Yoga, traditional strength and cardio training. Bring your yoga mat and leave your expectations at the door.

WARRIOR HEAT
A signature blend of static postures and Vinyasa flow with a sequence of balancing, standing, upper body strengthening, spine strengthening, seated postures and relaxation. Heated to 95 degrees.

ATHLETIC YOGA
The ultimate physical and mental challenge. Takes a more athletic approach to traditional yoga to improve overall strength and conditioning.

YOGA-PILATES FUSION
Best of both worlds. Provides a strength challenge with special focus on the core as well as full-body flexibility.

YIN YOGA
Slower moving yet challenging class that holds poses longer, allowing you to find proper alignment and increased depth.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
Active therapeutic relaxation using modified yoga poses. Perfect for those recovering from sore muscles, injury or childbirth.

YOGA & MEDITATION
Gentle yoga session followed by a 20-minute guided meditation, leaving you feeling relaxed, focused and energized.

MEDITATION
Uses basic meditative and relaxation techniques to improve focus, self-awareness and stress management.
